Our operation today generates an impressive £2.65 of social value for every £1 it spends.  We are proud of this track record and are committed to building on it over the coming years to support young people make successful transitions to adulthood.

As a local independent organisation we are connected to our community.  We have established working relations with 64 organisations and agencies across the county; including local alcohol prevention teams, the youth  offending service, the police, local counsellors and community and church groups.  We deliver services at the community level, in our own facilities and inlocal youth club.

We provide a complete continuum of services for young people, from our detached and outreach work, through local youth clubs and our 'inspired facilities', onto our accredited Leadership Programme, with further opportunities in volunteering and employment in our charity or with o ther community youth services we support.
