YOUNG CARERS WEST BERKSHIRE

Our Young Carers in West Berkshire group offers a safe and supportive space for young carers to relax, have fun and connect with others who understand what it's like to care for someone at home.

Supporting Young Carers

Berkshire Youth are proud to offer dedicated support to young carers across West Berkshire. Our programme gives young people a chance to take time for themselves, build friendships, and enjoy fun, relaxed activities in a supportive space.

Weekly Youth Club Sessions

Thursdays, 6.30–8pm | Greenham Community Centre

  • Summer: Day out at Thorpe Park – a favourite with our young carers!

Working Together

We’re working closely with:

  • West Berkshire Council – to identify and support more young carers through assessment

  • Local Schools – to raise awareness and signpost pupils to our services
