The school holidays are now upon us and our summer programmes are in full swing.

During the run up to the summer break, we were joined by ABC to Read, who trained 10 of our Young Leaders to become Reading Mentors. Our Young Reading Mentors will be joining the Primary summer programme at Waterside Centre to play word games and read with the children.

The volunteer team from Lambourn Youth Junction have recently undertaken the Berkshire Youth Challenging Behaviours Training. This training helped the brilliant team of youth champions enhance their skills, grow their confidence and learn new strategies. If you would like more information about any of Berkshire Youth training courses, please contact training@berkshireyouth.co.uk.

In collaboration, The Corn Exchange and Berkshire Youth are going to be offering an exciting free Creative Art Journaling course to young people aged 11 – 18 years.
