Meet Kelly Ko – Business Intern

31 August 2022

We are delighted to welcome to Kelly to our team as Business Intern until mid-September.

We asked Kelly a little more about her background, why she chose to work with us and what she hopes to bring to her role with us this summer:

“As an international student from Hong Kong, I have been staying in Berkshire community for most of the time since I came to UK. I really enjoying my time here with the warm-hearted people and beautiful sceneries. It is always a great idea to pay back the community to mark the end of my three year undergraduate journey – working as an intern in Berkshire Youth will be the right decision. My past voluntary experience of organising summer activities to primary school taught me how these events can successfully develop young people’s personalities. This is the reason why I value the company’s mission of supporting and developing clubs and delivering projects which provide to provide programmes that give young people in Berkshire the best experience while also supporting and expanding groups.

“I am excited to join Berkshire Youth as Business intern and provide my skills such as Illustrator skill to enhance the communication between Berkshire Youth and the publics through different medias. I hope my Asian background can bring diversity as well so welcome to chit chat with me when you meet me at Waterside Centre.“

Welcome to the team, Kelly, it’s brilliant to have you working with us!
