Mental Health Award Winners!
5 May 2022
We are thrilled to have been named ‘Youth Mental Health Champions of the Year 2022 – Berkshire’ by Global Health & Pharma.
This is fantastic recognition of our work to support the health and happiness of young people.
Last year’s Youth Survey revealed that the top concern for local young people was mental health and wellbeing, with the pandemic causing a huge strain. We have worked hard with them to develop appropriate help, support and actions. We established the Berkshire Youth Hubs to support local young people, families and youth workers throughout the pandemic and beyond, signposting them to the activities still available to them, as well as other resources and support as the restrictions have lifted.
David will be one of the guest speakers at Youth in Mind’s children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing conference on 18 May. Get your tickets here.
We are also supporting next week’s Mental Health Awareness Week – please keep checking our social media for further details.
