Supporter Focus – AJ HR Solutions
28 June 2021
We are incredibly grateful to local companies who support Berkshire Youth, enabling us to concentrate our efforts on working with local young people. This time we would like to say a huge thank you to A J HR Solutions for their wonderful support with all HR matters.
We caught up with Amanda who told us more: “I have worked with Berkshire Youth for 9 years. They were my second client to come on board after I set my business up. I met a member of their team at the time at a networking event and that was how I was introduced to the great work they do.
“My key product is a retained HR service for SMEs, I also offer a discounted rate for charities as I know how tight money can be, especially at this time.
“I chose to support Berkshire Youth because of the great work they do for young people through their wide variety of programmes. I love the passion the team has for what they do, especially David. The benefit I get from supporting them is knowing that I can keep them legally compliant so that there is not the opportunity for someone to take them to a tribunal which could result in them having to make a payment, which is money that could be spent in better ways for the young people they support. I like knowing that the money they receive is being used in the way that it is intended.
Thank you so much for all of your support, Amanda. We think you’re terrific and we don’t know what we’d do without you!
