Is it a while since you did your emergency first aid at work or first aid at work course? Are you concerned you may not remember what to do in a first aid situation? Then we have just the course for you! On either 6 March (6.30 – 9.30pm) or 7 March (10am – 1pm), join us for our First Aid Skills Refresher Course: a chance to refresh and practise your knowledge and skills.

Our current training opportunities include:

• 6 March (6.30 – 9.30pm): First Aid Skills Refresher
  Has it been a while since you did your first aid course? Want to refresh your skills and confidence? Then this is the course for you! There will be lots of practical activities

• 7 March (10am – 1pm): First Aid Skills Refresher
  (As above)

• 18 March (9am – 12pm): Level 1* Introduction to Youth Work

• 18 March (1 – 4pm): Level 1* Communication and group work skills

• 30 March (6.30 – 9.30pm): Level 2 / 3 – Theory of Youth Work
  Aimed at those who have been youth workers a while /are leading teams

• 15 April (9am – 12pm): Level 1* Delivering a youth work programme

• 15 April (1 – 4pm): Level 1* Safe practice in youth work setting

• 13 May (9am – 5pm): Emergency First Aid at Work

• 25 May (6.30 – 9.30pm) – Universal safeguarding

*Aimed at those very new to youth work, e.g. young leaders / new volunteers who just want to understand a bit more / discuss initial skills

Are your young people interested in learning some basic first aid? If so, we could deliver a 90-minute Mini Medics first aid session for you, for up to 20 young people. Please contact us to discuss your needs and course costs.
