Wellbeing Programme

28 July 2021

We are delighted to be working with Aspire 2Be to deliver a Wellbeing Programme for students across West Berkshire secondary schools.

Andries and Tanya from Aspire 2Be recently delivered the excellent programme to 128 students at Theale Green School and 50 students at The Downs School.

Click here to see a snippet of the training on our YouTube channel.

We will share more photos from the training across our social media tomorrow.

In The 2021 Youth Survey from Berkshire Youth, 77% of respondents stated that mental health and wellbeing the most important issues facing them at the current time. We recognise the huge challenges young people have faced over the last year and that many are still struggling. We are really pleased to be able to offer this programme to local young people.
